Jenna Belker, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse and the founder of Rayne Aesthetics, where she blends medical expertise with an artistic touch. Jenna graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2021, gaining experience in ICU and operating room settings with a focus on orthopedics and sports medicine.
She began injecting in 2022, combining her love of art and medicine to create natural, refined results for her clients. Jenna has trained with some of the most respected educators in aesthetics, including Rana Kennelly at The Confidence Bar in Chicago, and has completed advanced trainings with Heather Zade, Sebastian Cotofana, and other leading experts in injectables and facial artistry.
Her passion is helping clients age gracefully and naturally, enhancing their features while preserving their individuality. Jenna approaches every treatment with precision, care, and a dedication to natural beauty, ensuring clients leave feeling confident, empowered, and comfortable in our skin.

Dr. Elizabeth Hughes
Dr. Elizabeth Hughes, a board-certified dermatologist with an illustrious 25+ years of clinical experience, has dedicated the past five years to the artistry of aesthetic procedures, specializing in fillers and neurotoxins. Her journey into aesthetics commenced during dermatology residency from 1995 to 1998, with ongoing commitment to professional development through numerous training courses and educational conferences since 2010.
As a seasoned practitioner, Dr. Hughes has not only performed aesthetic procedures but also provided invaluable oversight in a private practice where she guided PAs and aestheticians in delivering exceptional aesthetic care. With a wealth of experience, she has served as a medical director for over five years, a testament to her leadership and commitment to quality in independent aesthetic practices.
Currently holding the position of medical director for a company akin to Moxie, Dr. Hughes oversees a team of RNs, PAs, and NPs, ensuring the highest standards of care. Additionally, she serves as a collaborating dermatologist for a general medical clinic in rural Oregon, offering expert dermatology consultations. Dr. Hughes's multifaceted role extends to being the medical director and laboratory director of a plasma donation center, showcasing her diverse and impactful contributions to the medical field.
